Glenn Maddalon, CFRE

Glenn Maddalon joined Community Hospital of Long Beach in August, 2007 as Executive Director of the Community Hospital of Long Beach Foundation. Maddalon is responsible for the overall development and evaluation of fundraising programs for the Foundation, including its annual fund, major gifts, planned giving and foundation grants.

In April of this year Glenn received his designation as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE); he joins over 5,300 professionals around the world who hold the CFRE designation.

Individuals granted the CFRE credential have met a series of standards set by CFRE International which include tenure in the profession, education, demonstrated fundraising achievement and a commitment to service to not-for-profit organizations.

Previously, Maddalon served as the regional vice president for the American Lung Association of California located in Santa Ana, California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from San Jose State University, and a Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles.
