Ann Gray

Ann Gray, FAIA, FRICS is both a licensed architect and real estate broker. As principal at GRAY Real Estate Advisors she consults to property owners, brokers, and attorneys on managing pre-development to optimize values of complex properties.

Prior to forming her company, Ann was Studio Architect at Paramount Pictures for 8 years where she oversaw approximately $250 million in planning, new construction, and remodeling of corporate and production facilities. Prior to her work at Paramount, Ann was VP Development at Indivest.

Ann is a frequent lecturer and juror at universities such as USC, UCLA, and Harvard Graduate School of Design and serves on the Board of Advisors to the Woodbury University School of Architecture. She has degrees in Math and Architecture both from UCLA. Ann previously chaired the Southern California chapter of RICS, is a member of the Americas Regional Board and holds a worldwide elected position on the Global Governing Council.
